My VPN

1. Information We Collect

My VPN is designed to minimize the information it collects.

We do not require you to provide:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password
• Home address
• Date of birth
• Government identification

We do not intentionally collect or store your browsing history, the websites you visit, or the contents of your internet traffic.

2. VPN Service

When you connect to My VPN, the App uses Android's VPN functionality to establish an encrypted VPN connection with our VPN server in Germany.

While the VPN is active, your device's network traffic is routed through the VPN server.

3. Browsing and Network Activity

We do not intentionally store:

• Browsing history
• Websites visited
• DNS queries
• Search history
• The contents of internet communications
• Files transferred through the VPN
• Passwords entered into websites
• Messages or communications transmitted through the VPN

The VPN server necessarily handles network traffic while providing the VPN service. Routing traffic through the VPN server does not mean that we intentionally record or retain the contents of that traffic.

4. IP Addresses and Technical Information

Operating a VPN service may require the VPN infrastructure to process technical network information, including information associated with establishing and maintaining a VPN connection.

We do not intentionally use such information to create a profile of your browsing activity.

5. VPN Server Logs

My VPN is designed not to retain users' browsing history, DNS history, or the contents of VPN traffic.

We may process limited technical information when reasonably necessary to:

• Establish VPN connections
• Maintain the VPN service
• Protect the VPN infrastructure
• Detect and investigate security incidents
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Prevent abuse

We do not use VPN activity for advertising profiling.

6. Device Permissions

The App uses Android's VPN functionality to establish and maintain the VPN connection.

The VPN permission is necessary for the core functionality of My VPN.

My VPN does not require access to your:

• Contacts
• Photos
• Camera
• Microphone
• SMS messages
• GPS location

7. Location Information

My VPN does not request or collect your device's precise GPS location.

The Germany or Frankfurt location displayed in the application refers to the location of our VPN server and does not represent your physical location.

8. Advertising

My VPN does not use VPN traffic for advertising purposes.

We do not intentionally:

• Inject advertisements into websites
• Modify websites to display our advertisements
• Redirect network traffic to advertising services
• Sell browsing activity to advertisers
• Build advertising profiles from VPN traffic

9. Analytics and Tracking

My VPN does not intentionally use the VPN connection to track your browsing behavior.

If analytics, crash-reporting services, advertising services, or other third-party technologies are added to a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated where required.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not share your browsing history or VPN traffic contents with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or a valid legal requirement
• Protect the security of the VPN service
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Protect our rights, users, or infrastructure

Any disclosure will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the VPN service.

The connection between your device and the VPN endpoint is encrypted using the OpenVPN protocol and appropriate encryption mechanisms.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should understand that no VPN service can guarantee complete anonymity or protection against every online security threat.

12. Data Retention

We do not intentionally retain:

• Browsing history
• DNS history
• Contents of VPN traffic
• Website activity

Limited technical information may be processed or retained when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or troubleshoot the VPN service.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, subject to applicable legal requirements.

13. Children's Privacy

My VPN does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to use the VPN service.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the information below.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may use services provided by third parties that are necessary for application distribution, infrastructure, security, or operation.

We do not authorize third parties to use VPN traffic for advertising profiling.

Any third-party SDK or service introduced into the App in the future will be evaluated for its privacy and data-collection practices, and this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

15. Your Choices

You can stop using the VPN at any time by disconnecting the VPN from the App.

You can also uninstall My VPN from your device at any time.

Android may provide additional controls for managing VPN permissions and connections through its system settings.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our App, VPN infrastructure, or data practices change.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If a change materially affects how we handle personal or sensitive information, we will provide appropriate notice where required by applicable law or Google Play requirements.

By using My VPN, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
